What if a tenant wanted to book but would provide cc info later?

You may gather all the available info, submit the booking, and advise the caller that the booking isn't confirmed yet and you will cancel it until the cc info is provided. Then, we cancel the JO and tag it "pending cc info".

Once we get the complete cc info, either from the landlord or the tenant, we reinstate the booking from "canceled" to "submitted" status, and then we remove the "pending cc info" tag.
